In 2022, I received the Queen Platinum Jubilee Commemorative Award for community service.

Since 2020, I have been a founding co-chair of Canadian Youth Champions, a non-profit organization providing mentorship and enabling hundreds of youths to reach their fullest potential.

Treasurer of the School Council of Bayview Hill Elementary School (since 2018) and Bayview Secondary School (since 2021).

Since 2015, I have been ambassador of Mon Sheong Foundation, caring for the elderly and nurturing the young.

Since 2004, I have been a Director of International Teochew Youth Federation, embracing culture and building global business networks.

I obtained an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, Western University and a BA from York University.

In my professional life, I am an angel investor and work with
start-ups and universities.

I previously worked as Vice-President of a publicly traded company in Hong Kong. Prior to that, I ran a trading company in West Beaver Creek, Richmond Hill.
