• In 2022, I received the Queen Platinum Jubilee Commemorative Award for community service.
   

• Since 2020, I have been a founding co-chair of Canadian Youth Champions, a non-profit organization providing mentorship and enabling hundreds of youths to reach their fullest potential.
   

• Treasurer of the School Council of Bayview Hill Elementary School (since 2018) and Bayview Secondary School (since 2021).
   

• Since 2015, I have been ambassador of Mon Sheong Foundation, caring for the elderly and nurturing the young.
   

• Since 2004, I have been a Director of International Teochew Youth Federation, embracing culture and building global business networks.

• I obtained an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, Western University and a BA from York University.
   

• In my professional life, I am an angel investor and work with
  start-ups and universities.
   

• I previously worked as Vice-President of a publicly traded company in Hong Kong. Prior to that, I ran a trading company in West Beaver Creek, Richmond Hill.
